My co-worker and I have been trying to research balayage techniques on the web and never found anything to be simple enough to teach ourselves so that we could later teach others in our salon. We decided to order this dvd and came to find it helpful and easy to understand. It has been a great to help teach us all.

I recently heard about balayage highlights and wanted to learn how to go about this hightlighting technique. After buying this dvd, I feel like I've never made a better decision for myself and my salon. It takes you step by step through the whole technique. This is a great learning tool.
